INC Return Merchandise Authorization
Warranty Policy
Glamore Telecomm Inc, provides warranty services and
remedies to products that fall under One-year Product
Warranty. The warranty is for a period of one year (1
year) commencing from the date of shipment of the product,
device or equipment . The warranty covers both parts
and labor. Parts may be replaced under the warranty with
new or compatible remanufactured parts. Please be advised that the warranty does not
cover defects caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse,
usage for which the product is not designed, altered or repaired.
In addition, products, devise and equipment with broken seals
or damages caused by self-repairing do not fall under the
warranty.
RMA Procedures
1. Complete the RMA form and send it to G.T.I Service Center prior to sending
the defective product.
A RMA # will be assigned to you.
2. Send the defective product together with a copy of your purchase invoice
to G.T.I Service Center in Texas.
Maintenance & Shipping Costs
1. Under Warranty:
. No maintenance or parts replacement fees apply
. Customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to G.T.I Service
Center in Dallas Texas.
. G.T.I is responsible for shipping the repaired or replaced product back to
the customer.
. All related costs are to be covered by the responsible party.
2. Out of Warranty:
. A Minimum of $40.00 repair cost will be charged. If the repair cost exceeds
this amount, you will be contacted for authorization.
. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs, which include the
cost for shipping the defective product(s) to our Service Center and for our
Service Center to send the repaired product(s) back to the customer.
