Calling Points will be automatically credited
to your Internet device with in 12 hours.
Calling Points are stored with a Device ID or an ITSP Account.
A Device ID is a unique 6-digit number on each device. An
ITSP Account is a 10-digit number that may be used on all
DSG devices. Users have the option to store Calling Points
on either the Device ID or ITSP Account, or both.
When used, Calling Points are automatically
deducted first from ITSP Account, or Device ID. Do keep
your ITSP Account setting blank on your device if you don't
have an ITSP Account or if your ITSP Account has no remaining
credit. You don’t
necessary need an ITSP Account
To check the remaining balance of Calling Points, connect
your device to the Internet, and press *88# to check balance
for ITSP Account or *99# to check balance for Device ID.

The effective period of Calling Points is 90 days from initial
use. The Calling Points expire at the end of the effective
period. The balance of an expired account is displayed as
0 point. Once the Calling Points expire, they cannot be validated
nor rollback through any mechanism. |
